20130219-165217.jpgWe have always made samples of our carpet available to anyone who asked us. It was a bit of a pain in the ass to drive to the post office, fill out the customs paperwork, and have the sample measured and mailed out. It was all manual and very time consuming.

A damp carpet can cause mildew germination and mould growth after 48 hours. Mould will not be immediately noticeable. This fungi buildup can pose a severe health risk for you and your family. The moisture in a dark, damp place will increase these toxins with time. It will make the situation unbearable for people sensitive to allergens, elderly, kids and pregnant women. We highly recommend treating your carpet with an emergency carpet drying immediately.

For the past couple of years we have only officially offered the color black for both the Premium Molded Carpet Kits and our floor mats for the Mazda3 & Mazdaspeed3.

Many of you have read a couple of days ago that we have officially started making Beige available for our Premium Molded Carpet Kits. Today we are making yet another announcement.

TYPE-R Red Premium Molded Carpet Kits

Starting today, right now, we have listed the Type-R red carpet kits for all first generation (04-09) Mazda3 & Mazdaspeed3’s.

Just go to our Product Page and select Type-R Red from the drop down menu for color choices on either the Premium Molded Carpet Kits or Premium floor mats.

Why All these Choices Now?

You’re probably wondering why all these color options are being made available. Well there are a couple of reasons: first, getting the correct beige colored carpet and second, updated shopping cart.

You can read more about the beige carpet here. The second reason was finding and integrating a shopping cart system into our website. Up until recently we used Paypal buttons for our website. They were good, but wasn’t really easy to work with once several products and options were needed.

UPDATE – Mazda6 carpet kit now in development.

mazda6It has been a busy winter here for us here at Mazda3carpet.com (and Mazeuro). We celebrated our one year anniversary and the success of our kits. Attended SEMA. We also launched our second product, the 2010 Mazda3 carpet kits in a limited release presale. Also have a high quality custom-fit aluminum dead pedal for Mazda3’s that is now in prototype production under the MAZEURO brand.

In the past year, I have received dozens of emails from owners of other Mazda vehicles asking that a molded carpet kit be made available for their cars.  Well after some considerable amount of thinking I am finally officially stating that we will start the development of a Mazda6 carpet kit that will fit all Mazda6 models, including the Mazdaspeed6. 

The first part of our development is to have people with Mazda6 cars to put up their hands and say that you are interested in replacing your carpet with one of our Premium kits.  To do this, simply visit, www.Mazda6carpet.com and fill out the form with your NAME, EMAIL & specify which Mazda 6 you have (Mazda6 or Mazdaspeed6). 

This will add you to our email list that will notify you of upcoming developments and a very attractive pre-launch offer to members of this list.
